PowerMate™ Drilling Pin and Sleeve Connectors

Supports the modularity of drilling rig systems by providing safe and reliable power connections for rigging up and rigging down equipment quickly and efficiently.  PowerMate Plugs, Receptacles and Connectors are used on SCR/VFD houses to provide power to rig equipment such as shakers, agitators, lighting circuits, mud pumps, and motors.

This offering is the ideal rig power connection solution providing longer product life, reduced maintenance, enhanced safety and easy installation.  The PowerMate product offering is also interchangeable with all UL 1686 listed plugs and receptacles, including Cooper Crouse-Hinds Arktite™, Appleton Powertite® and Killark VersaMate®.

Champ® FMV LED Series Floodlight Fixtures

Cooper Crouse-Hinds is pleased to announce the FMV LED Floodlight, designed for long-life and superior performance over traditional HID floodlights and suitable for a range of mounting heights and applications from grain and coal elevators to offshore rigs.  The FMV LED is an ideal replacement for traditional 100-400W HID applications.  With its T4 temperature code in Class I, Div. 2 locations and Class II and IEC/ATEX ratings pending, the FMV LED is designed to provide the optimum safety and performance expected by CC-H customers.

Now offering ETL Listed Solar Combiner Boxes for long, dependable service in even the most demanding environments. Our broad product offering, extensive range of options and manufacturing and customization capabilities allow us to offer the most complete solar combiner products in the industry. Ark•Gard® Series ENR-GFCI Kits

Cooper Crouse-Hinds is excited to announce that the Ark•Gard ENR-GFCI Kit is now available in one convenient part number! Each kit includes an ENR Receptacle, a GFS Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter and an EDS Dual-Gang Back Box. Ordering the ENR-GFCI Kit in one easy part number reduces your cost of order processing, your cost of material handling and the likelihood of misplaced material.

Portable GFCI Cable Assemblies

Portable GFCI Cable Assemblies allow for the connection of non-hazardous equipment such as drills, saws, grinders and hand lamps to hazardous receptacles.  These cable assemblies are typically used during plant turnarounds in installations such as refineries, chemical plants, and LNG facilities.

ACE Series Explosionproof Variable Frequency Drives

The ACE Explosionproof VFD is the only NEMA 7 enclosure to safely and reliably house a VFD.  This exciting new product combines our EJB explosionproof enclosure with patent-pending active cooling technology, allowing a traditional VFD to be housed inside the classified enclosure without the risk of overheating. 

The ACE Explosionproof VFD is rated Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 for use in the most extreme environments, and it is designed to match the high requirements of the Oil & Gas industry, as well as other heavy industrial process industries.

Ark•Gard® ENC Series Connectors for Hazardous Environments

Providing safe and simple connections in hazardous environments. The ENC connector is part of the Cooper Crouse-Hinds industry-leading Ark•Gard® series that includes the ENR Receptacle and the upgraded Frustration-Free ENP Plug.  The ENC Connector is full of features that provide safety, reliability and ease-of-use in the most challenging environments.

Ark•Gard® Frustration-Free ENP Plug

We’ve improved the design of our ENP Plugs, making them the industry’s best for ease of installation.  The improved ENP plug design increases ease of installation with:

• Captive set screws that eliminate the frustration of losing small components in the field.
• 50% component reduction! Insulator and contact components are now a single piece assembly. There are now only 3 components to handle during installation.

Vaporgard LED Class I, Division 2 Luminaires

Cooper Crouse-Hinds is pleased to announce the Vaporgard LED Luminaire, designed to provide uniform, crisp light suitable for low mounting heights, confined spaces, tunnels, over doorways, landings, etc. The Vaporgard LED has a T5 temperature rating in Class 1 Div 2 locations, and it is an ideal replacement for traditional 100-200W incandescent applications.

In addition to superior light output, Vaporgard LED luminaires will provide up to 20X Longer life and an 80% reduction in power consumption when compared to typical incandescent luminaries.

Solar Powered LED Lighting

Cooper Crouse-Hinds can now combine select LED luminaires with our solar power kits to provide long lasting, sustainable light wherever line power or generator power is not available, practical, or economically feasible. Each freestanding solar LED system is custom-built to a customer’s individual requirements. They can be designed for general area lighting, security and perimeter lighting, task or walkway lighting, and emergency lighting.

Solar powered LED lighting from Cooper Crouse-Hinds provides reliable power and lighting where and when needed, without the expense of installing line power over long distances, difficult terrain, or water.

Solar Pass Through Boxes

Cooper Crouse-Hinds Solar Pass Through Boxes (sometimes referred to as “transition boxes”) are used in residential applications to provide a low profile, cost effective way to group input wires/circuits from several arrays or solar panels and transition from solar (PV) cable to regular building wire. The Pass Through Box was designed for PV applications where over current protection is not necessary due to the low power rating of the PV string.

LED N2LPS Light-Pak™ Emergency Lighting System
